2. Who can join the XCLAN Ride to IBW?
Hero motorcycle owners of all levels, from seasoned riders to those new to the biking community, are welcome! We invite you to join us for this unforgettable journey.
3. How do I register for the XCLAN Ride to IBW?
Fill out the form to register. Hurry, spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis!
4. What are the registration fees?
Registration Fees: 24,999/-. Hero Premium Motorcycle Owners (Xpulse 200, Karizma XMR, Mavrick 440): 16999/- Special price for the XCLAN Members: 11,999/-
5. Which Hero motorcycles can be ridden for the XCLAN Ride to IBW and IBW Parade?
Hero Premium motorcycles—specifically the XPulse 200, Mavrick 440, Karizma XMR, and Xtreme 160—can be ridden to the XCLAN Ride to IBW and IBW Parade.
6. What will be the inclusions and exclusions in the registration fees?
Inclusions:
- IBW Passes
- Hero XCLAN Goodie Bag
- Hero XCLAN Welcome Dinner & Party – 05th Dec Evening
- Stay 3 Nights and 4 Days (Twin Sharing)
- Media Team
- Backup and Service Support
- Riders Parade at IBW

Exclusions:
- Motorcycle (should be Hero Premium motorcycles personnel or rented)
- Lunch and Dinner (05th - 08th Dec)
- Any personal expenses incurred during the Ride & IBW
- In-room service (e.g., in-room dining, laundry, etc.)
- Riding Fuel for the motorcycle
- Riding Gear
- Personal & Motorcycle Insurance
- Expenses incurred for any unforeseen circumstances
7. Will there be any support during the ride?
Yes! Experienced riders will lead the convoy, and support vehicles will accompany us to assist with any issues.
8. What are the accommodation arrangements?
Accommodation details will be shared upon registration. We recommend booking in advance, as options can fill up quickly during the festival. Slots are limited and based on the first come first serve basis!
9. Are meals included in the ride package?
While some meals may be provided, we encourage participants to enjoy local cuisine and explore dining options on the way and in Goa.
10. Can I ride with my friends/family?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring along friends and family. Just make sure they register as part of the group. No pillion riders are allowed.
11. What if I can't make it on the ride date?
If you can't join the ride on the 5th, you can still participate in the main event days on the 6th and 7th. Just arrange your travel to Goa and Hero Premium Motorcycle, a mandate for the IBW Parade.
12. What can I expect at the main event?
Expect a thrilling line-up of activities, including live music, motorcycle exhibitions, stunt shows, workshops, and plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow bikers.
