How can I participate in the event?

You need to be a Hero Motocorp's Vendor, Supplier, Channel Partner, Business Associate, Hero Employee etc to be eligible. For applying, you can register on the bidding page and mention the Hero Employer as referral. Once the employee confirms, you'd be registered and allowed to login and then bid.

Are all Hero employees and dealers eligible to bid?

Employees and all Channel Partners (Dealers, Parts Distributors, Vendors, Suppliers, Business Associates eg Worxpertise).

Is there a registration fee for participating?

No registration fee is there for participation.

What is the starting bid for Charity?

Reserve minimum bidding amount for participation in the bid is INR 11 Lakh.

Can I place multiple bids?

Bidders can make multiple bids till 15th July 2024. New bid by the respective bidder will overwrite the previous bid and the last bid made by the participant shall be considered for the bidding.

How do I submit my bid?

From the Bid page itself.

What is the deadline for submitting bids?

Any bid received after 24:00 hours 15th July 2024 shall not be valid.

How will I know if my bid has been received?

Page will show the confirmation. And confirmation message will be sent.

Will I get a confirmation email after placing a bid?

You will get the confirmation via SMS and Whatsapp

What are the features of the limited edition bike?

Will be announced on soon and details will be displayed on site.

How many limited edition bikes are available?

Numbers are limited.

Will there be more opportunities to purchase the limited edition bike if I don't win the bid?

No. These are 'Collector's Edition' Bikes which will be limited numbers only.

How will the top 100 bidders be selected?

Top bidders will be selected based on highest amount and FIFO.

When will the winners be announced?

Will be announced soon.

If I win the bid can I choose a specific delivery date?

We will confirm the delivery date.

Who do I contact if there are issues with the bike after delivery?

You can reach out to Concierge service via our contact number.

What payment methods are accepted for the bid?

Will be shared.

Can I cancel my bid and get a refund?

Post payment cancellation will not be allowed.

What happens if I change my mind after winning the bid?

You can opt to cancel the plan to purchase, should you not want to go ahead. Also you'd be required to share a valid reason with HMCL for not honouring the winning bid.
